• Contains standardised ratios of three active constituents: alkylamides, polysaccharides and cichoric acid.
• Early intervention with Echinamide^® reduces the overall severity and duration of symptoms associated with the common cold and upper respiratory tract infections including nasal discharge and congestion, sore throat and fatigue. 
• Echinamide^® provides support for healthy immune system activity by increasing leukocyte, neutrophil and monocyte levels.

Directions:
Adults: Day one: Take 5 capsules four times daily.
Days two to seven: Take 2 capsules four times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

• These dosage guidelines are based on the results from randomised double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trials on Echinamide® which support its role in the treatment of colds and upper respiratory tract infections. 
• The clinical trials indicate that Echinamide® is most efficacious when taken at the recommended dosage at the first sign of cold symptoms such as nasal congestion and sore throat.
